Photo order forms

Here are the order forms!  Click HERE to download them.  You need one order form per costume.  Where it says 'class' put 'Spanish, Waltz, Mice' etc.  The metal collage prints are no longer available.

If you can have your order form printed and all ready with a check made out to Edge of Expression Photography and that will make Friday easier for everyone! :)

Remember that the location is where we did pre-registration right by C&C's studio (10118 S. Redwood).

Also, we still NEED two or more parents to help with checking in costumes during picture day!  Let us know ASAP if you can help!  (email or comment).

**New, updated order form!  We have a snowflake template for some options designed for Nutcracker!
 

(Also, if you have trouble printing the form, make sure you check your page setup in the print menu and choose 'portrait' instead of landscape)
